Feedback Response

It is extremely frustrating to try to give you feedback in the way you want, for there to NEVER BE ANY RESPONSE EVER from Discord. I have tried emailing. I have tried posting in the specific threads relevant to my problem. I have tried tweeting. No response, ever.

It makes people feel unheard. I love Discord as a whole, but this whole thing is a severe turn off.

When people take the time to give you feedback and tell you what isn't working for them, take the time to acknowledge them.
