text lounge permissions

I noticed that we can see the voice rooms even if we cannot connect to them unfortunately we cannot do the same with the text rooms because we do not have the same permissions for the voice and the text lounges you should put the same permissions for voice lounges and text lounges

(exemple d'avoir la permission C'est 3 la sur les foires de texte)
