Server User Stats

Several friends and I thought about implementing a new feature where users can see various stats in every server they are in (for example: hours on voice chat, hours of streaming, messages sent... all that stuff).

*edit* Obviusly each user can ONLY see their own stats (just to clarify).

We think that it could be a good implement for those who really spend some time in this awesome platform.
