Audio notifications and visual feedback

Hi,

I'm probably in 8 discord groups.  I often find that I'm getting an audio chirp notification and can never find where the chirp is coming from.  Google Chrome will visualize that the notification is coming from discord and when I enter discord I tend to have to look through every thread in every group until I can happenstance find the one person that is creating all the the activity. 

I tend to turn off every notification when I because it often becomes impossible to handle.

A lingering visual cue would be awesome.  Someone from discord told me on twitter that the dots next to the threads was that cue, but if I don't clear out every thread I often have a number of dots signifying something new in those.
