Tabs in the Discord client inorder to switch between channels and DMs.

On Discord currently, it can seem to be a chore in order to switch from one channel to another where you would have to hop between servers in order to switch to other channels. A solution would be on top of where there would be a drop-down button on top of the client in which it shows channels/DMs to easily access that the user would have pinned there, sorta like tabs on a web browser.
