[Server Video Calling] - Confirmation & Separate Role Permissions

Very excited about this new feature! I have been able to test it in one of my servers and have just a couple suggestions regarding improving the Video Calling system.

1. There should definitely be a confirmation prompt when turning on the camera. I know many people who would be extremely uncomfortable showing their face to strangers, so while you need to have Video / Mic enabled in order to access Video call anyways, once you do allow discord to access your camera once, a simple misclick and your video comes on. A confirmation window / "video preview" window before your camera comes on would be fantastic, and make others participating in Voice Calls feel much more secure i'm sure!

2. I love that you have the option to screenshare and video call at the same time now! However, for larger public servers trying to avoid video-camera sharing yet keep Screensharing, I definitely feel the Go Live and Video Call permissions in roles should be separated.

Thanks Discord for the fantastic update, I hope to see these changes applied sometime! Looking forward to video calling with friends.

Completely agree! had to disable the video permission on a public server because of this very reason

I cant agree more about the role permissions being separated, I'd ban video from being used on my servers in a heartbeat.

My biggest issue when someone chooses to use this feature is that preview window, even if you disable video from the user streaming it doesn't close the preview window and continues to display your own profile picture, an opt in feature similar to what "Go Live" currently uses would solve this problem..
