Voice Chat stopped working

During a LoL game we spoke in a Discord Channel and at a critcal turn of the Game (Baron fight) we suddenly couldn't hear one user and so we lost the baron and with that the game. I think i will stop using Discord now because that shouldn't happpen.

    That happens on my server too, for whatever user, completely randomly.

    Has anyone an idea on how to fix this? I assume it's not device related because it happens on android phones and pc too...
