Exclude certain .exe files from showing in game activity

Discord detects an X2.exe file running on my machine and interprets it as if I am playing Elsworld, a verified game. However, in my case X2.exe is an Altium Designer CAD system.

It would be nice to have an option to exclude some .exe from being detected by this system.
