Optional Sound Notification Changes

Basically, give users (or nitro users) an option to change the notification sounds or ringtone sound.

For Example; A tag or message could be a lightsaber sound, or Michael Jackson screeching

Even making your own songs or already existing songs a call sound from a friend or just the general sound itself!

I would love to see this changed from the old sounds we still have <3

  I've spent the hour trying to see where this setting is. Surprised its not there (although have used Discord for years and its fantastic, so I should survive)!

  Definitely it would be great if we could change the default notification sounds. (Even if they were just in a folder we could rename/overwrite for now).

  Ideally longer term, would be nice of could set sounds for each channel and/or each friend.
