support for older versions of Android

Currently discord is only available from android 5.0 and newer, I would like the application to be available (even in a reduced version) from android 4.1.1 competitive TeamSpeak is available from this system version

  It's a very nice idea, I'm currently using version 9.8.8 on Samsung, but due to the lack of updates, I can't watch streams and videos on the servers. I propose that the Discord app be available from Android 4.4.4
