Add words or phrases to hightlight in chat on client side

Have an option on any channel to add words on a list to be shown only to the user highlighted so you don't miss out something you want to see, or make something more visible among a sea of text. this could also help moderators manage multiple channels without reading everything to see if they need to respond.
