Treat Links to Mp4 Files Like Videos, Not GIfs

When I post a link to an MP4 file in Discord, the preview treats the file like a gif. The first issue with that is the lack of seeking in the preview. The second and more important issue is the lack of audio. There are multiple platforms that support short videos with audio, and it is very annoying to have to tell everyone in chat that they need to click through and enable audio (many of the videos wont make sense without audio).

If Discord was able to treat mp4s like videos, that would alleviate these issues. I would expect to be able to unmute and seek within a video.
