Add Discord (& beta) to Huawei AppGallery

New Huawei devices don't come with the Google Play Store and as a result Discord is missing out on the 450~m users of Huawei devices using the AppGallery on a monthly basis

Currently you can sideload Discord, but it doesn't let notifications go through, which means the app is basically useless.

Discord should release their app on the AppGallery

  2 years later and Discord still ignores us even though we are millions of users with Huawei phones, many do not report the notification bug because they do not care, but those of us who like the application come here to report it and still do not get a response from the official support, it's embarrassing.

  Upvote, while I love microg, it doesn't solve the problems regarding notifications! Would be great if discord could expand platform comparability with HMS!
