Accounts being Disabled.

Two of my accounts have been disabled for the same reason of, "your account triggered our anti-spam countermeasures." I wouldn't have any issues if I rightfully deserved to have both my accounts disabled, but I didn't. I don't know if there's a glitch or not where if you message 2-5 in a short amount of time this kicks in, but I would love to get both my accounts back. I have people I need to keep in touch with during this time. I've sent two tickets in and neither have been replied to yet. If anyone could help me get these two accounts back that'd be extremely appreciated.
