Customizable Text Formatting

(client-side) Have a setting in the options menu to change the characters used for formatting. For example I'd like to use dashes - instead of tildes ~ for strikethrough text. I would be able to change it in the settings and then I'd be able to use --lel-- instead of ~~lel~~ to have a strikethrough lel.

This would allow for more options when it comes to formatting, say if one uses (or would like to use) those keys for something else.
