Push to not talk button

So on steam calls when you talk in game it automatically mutes you so if you are playing a game with the person you are voice calling with you head them in game instead of hearing them in both. So I propose a "push to not talk button" that mutes you when held so you can have it on the same button as a push to talk in a game.

    this is achievable by creating a new hotkey with the action "Push to mute"
