[Feature Request] Splitting Video Permission into "Game" and "Webcam" Categories

Some servers, especially more public/community servers, would greatly appreciate the ability to separate the "Video" role permission into two separate permissions: one for game streaming and the other for webcam streaming.

The primary issue is the newly added video ability in public voice chats force the other members within said voice chat to watch the streamed webcams without prompting with the usual "Join Stream" option.

Granted this is a very new feature, but a change like this would be a worthwhile change!
