Mini-tutorial/info popup when joining a new server

A lot of people change their name and ability to receive DMs depending on the server/type of server they're joining. It would be nice to have a little bubble pop up for like "Hey! change your name here if you need to!" and "Reminder! You can set up your privacy settings per-server!" whenever you join a server.
