Inter channel voice comms

Hi,

I'm sure this will have been asked for but it would be really good to be able to have sub-channels within a voice channel and be able to talk either directly to people in another channel or to the channel as a whole. For example we're into flight simming and sometimes you can just have too many people in on channel flying different aircraft, or fulfilling a different function - or even acting as a controller for a number of channels. As a result it would be really useful to have a function enabling this form of chat for the times that it is needed.
