Ability to transfer people in a group call to a server vc

I find people often want to move everyone that's in a group call to a voice channel in a server, either because other people came online, or because they want access to bots, etc.

The owner of the gc should probably hold this ability

    I think that between the person moving everyone needing to have certain rights in the server, having to ensure everyone in the GC is in said server and has access to the specific voice channel, and figuring out how to make this not abusable, makes implementing this a way worse problem for something that can be fixed by everyone just joining the voice channel, or talking in the server in the first place.
