Use other people's emotes/gif emotes without joining their servers

There should be a way to use other people's emotes/gif emotes without having to join the server they got the emote from. It's too much of a hassle trying to get a cool looking emote that your friends uses that you want to use but they either can't find the server they got it from or that server has invites turned off.

My suggestion is that you can use your friends emotes without having to join their servers, it saves you the time for trying to get invited into lots of different servers and it saves them time for having to invite you to their servers as with this feature all you need to do is look through your emote list for a tab called "Friends" or something like that which shows all of your friends emotes in one place.
