Allow Discord bots to answer calls for automated voices or music.

Discord bots should be able to answer calls (but NOT call because people would abuse)

This is better for private music in discord, maybe even private automated interview for staff application.

there is so many things that can be done with this.

 

discord devs please add this to the api for bots :)
