Discord server CSGO ranking system.

Hello! So, a few weeks ago I have made a Discord server dedicated to CS:GO players. Since then I wanted to do something, but I don't know if it is possible... I want to add automatic CS:GO account verification and automated role assigner. Like, when someone joins the server, they have to paste their Steam profile link and then get a role assigned to their CS:GO rank / prime status etc.. Is this possible?
