Other Role Customization ex. make it so we can put slowmode on certain roles in a server

If we have a user joining a server as a visitor and not a full member of the server, they may flood the channels with random messages. This has happened many times with servers i have made. If we were to put a slowmode on the channel, it would affect everyone (except for the people that are immune to slowmode)
