Voice Call settings

I'm not sure about IOS devices. however on android there are 4 volume ssettings. - Call - Media - Notifications - System Currently, being connected to a voicechat uses Call, however i think it would be far better to have discord use media instead. Simply because sometimes u need to turn off ur volume, however the call mode doesnt allow you to completely turn it off. I think this is worth considering, simply because it allows the user to have more control. and that alome should be reason enough. On the desktop version you can turn off the sound completely. I'm aware its because ur turning off all volume. And i think Mobile should be the same. if you're turning off ur Entire volume (most things are media) this should also include discord
