Choose Network Device to use for Discord Streaming

OBS Studio has a feature to select a particular network device to stream via. This would be useful for a use case like mine where I would like the lower latency but lower bandwidth (ADSL) connection for voice chat and games, but need the bandwidth of a mobile tether (4G from phone) to stream.

I think the latency trade-off on the stream itself is an unavoidable consequence, but it is one that I think would be fine for the ability to stream at all.

For reference, the feature in OBS Studio is in Settings > Advanced > Network
