I got this at the morning promoting a seemingly adult guild (I didn't click into it and I guess it violate the ToS of Discord). Now they changed the icon and name to kind of mask itself. The id of the bot is same as OP.

I logged on to discord on a web browser once from school and now if I open discord on that computer it opens without any prompt for userID or a password. This is a serious privacy and security issue. The password and userID is not saved to chrome. write for us + Nurses If you log out, it's fixed until the computer reboots and then it can be opened again without a userID or password.
