Live streaming in server

A major suggestion, have either a channel (server sided) button to disable join sounds when a stream starts and several people just keep popping in and out over and over. It is a nice feature to have on smaller servers and its a bit of a nuisance to turn it off each time. Should just be a setting similar to (MUTE) or have the server itself have an option under the VC settings.

Also when it comes to stream quality, server is boosted to the max but the quality is still very low. Hopefully you guys can optimize this by having some sort of delay configurable to increase quality. Im watching someone stream code and I cant even read what is on their screen because its so pixelated. On twitch this wouldnt be a problem.
