Send private message without be friend

Hi,

Every time I have this problem: I must add people in my friends list if he is not inside a common server to send him a private message.

Discord, I really like your plateform, but we are in 2020, please let us talk to anyone on Discord without adding him in the friends list, only the discriminator of the user should be required.

  To talk with somebody that's not your friend, you and the other member must allow this
