Feature suggestion - Events

Add a feature where server administrators can schedule events for people to opt into where they get sent a notification at the time of the event. Could be used for game sessions where people arrange to play something at a certain time. Maybe included could be a link release at a certain time. So the event gets created and when it triggers it sends a message into the discord server with a reminder or a link.
