[Suggestion] Ping users who have multiple mentioned roles only.

My server is about video game coaching (Dota 2) and for a certain event I'd like to ping anyone who has the EU role and Student role.

  I am really missing this function to tag only people who has all the mentioned roles and not just one of them.

  Current state: Tagged if user has role1 or role2 or role3..
  Expected state: An option to switch to: Tagged if user has role1 and role2 and role3..
  
  For now the only workaround I have is having a bot doing a query resulting with adding those certain users to a temporary role that is then being tagged.
