New mentions is actually broken on PC

The new mentions UI on PC looks nice and all but its functionality was apparently not tested because it doesn't work. If you scroll down until the bottom it will loop back to what you had just gone through and not progress. I basically got from 9pm today until 6pm and it would jump back up to 8:30pm instead of continuing to scroll down.

  This is currently still an issue.
