Highlight Voice - Cocktail Effect feature request

Right click on a name in voice chat, click "Highlight", and all other voices are reduced by 80% or so temporarily. Your voice is reduced by 80% as well (or muted?) to everyone but the designated conversation partner.

Allows for a manual cocktail-effect option in large chats, rather than dealing with the disadvantages of multiple alternate temporary voice rooms.
