Add user time and country underneath each user

To prevent annoying pinging for someone abroad who's sleeping, the local time and country of the user should be displayed.

By default, in the user's settings, the user should have country displayed as disabled for privacy reasons but allow the time and the timezone underneath their name.

This also means that better coordination can happen when a lead user is aware of the timezone differences without going through steps to find the user's country and timezone which will make meetings and playtime organisation a breeze.

This feature has been requested before, but probably in the wrong topic. This would be a great update to have and I'm sure a lot of people will appreciate it being included.

    you could just ask them and then remember the time zone offset from you, that's what i do
