Live Chat instead Tickets

Adding Live Chat instead of Discord tickets, why?

- If someone breaks the ToS discord, and after 13h removes the message, Discord will do nothing because it responds to tickets in ~2-4 days

- This will allow you to contact support quickly

- Quick technical support.

Many people are satisfied with Xbox Live Chat. An employee is expected to be up to 10-15 minutes and the case resolved.
