Go Live Source Options

Perhaps I just don't know what I'm doing, but I don't see a way to pull the video to be shared from a traditional streaming management program such as provided by Streamlabs or Xsplit.  I would like to do this so I can add my webcam video overtop of my Screen video, and switch between layouts on the fly, but I am not interested in becoming a big production and streaming to Twitch, I prefer my cozy Discord server.  Is this possible, or could it be made possible?
