Help - Restrict Text Specific Templates

We have a discord server for a specific game and I'm wondering if discord has the ability/feature to allows us to restrict specific text to a channel?

For instance we have a pinned template in a text channel that we want people to use but they never refer to the pin and often do not use the template we provide.

I'd would like to see if we can restrict it so the channel makes it mandatory for a specific type of text or template to be written in that channel - is this possible?
