Pinging VC Channels!

You know how you can mention text channels, and when people click on them, you are suddenly brought to that channel. I know there's such thing called as a discord invite, but in some servers links aren't allowed so instead of pinging people to join the VC, you can mention it such as #General-VC and when people click on this, they are brought  into the VC.

  You have to enable developer mode in User settings->advanced settings->developer mode, then right click the vc and select copy ID and use the format <#ID of vc>   e.g. <#972850740756381787> to create a mention
