Audio notifications and visual feedback

I'm in about 8 discord groups. I find I get an audio notification that someone is posting in one of those 8 groups. Chrome gives me visual feedback that it's coming from that tab, but when I go into the page I can't tell which group that audio chirp is coming from. I tend to look through every group until I can find the one thread where the discussion is coming from. It seems like a significant design flaw. Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems to add much friction to my use and often I would rather close discord then try to find the specific notification.

I know there is the red and white badges to show activity, but I find that I may have several of those across the groups and it's hard to differentiate.  

It would be great if the group that had the activity would blink or have some kind of speaker graphic that revealed briefly to show which area to look at.
