Add Ability to Hold Messages (Moderation)

It would be helpful for moderators, especially on larger servers, to have the ability to hold messages to be reviewed. Maybe it can be triggered by right-clicking (desktop) or tap-holding (mobile) on the message and clicking an added button named "Review". This would then trigger the message to be hidden to anyone that doesn't have that moderation permission, so that server staff members can discuss whether the message is okay to continue showing, moved to a more appropriate channel, or fully removed.

As far as how it could appear in chat while it's being reviewed, the message could appear in a similar fashion to the blocked messages, but stating that the message is under review.

    I like this idea, especially when people send something that is questionable but you don't want to outright delete it

    maybe when you hold the message for review it would either hide it from everyone without manage message perms or they would see “message held for review”. Maybe it could also be configured to send a copy of the message to a select channel, and it could be deleted or released from there
