Missing Reactions

I recently entered in a giveaway with a bot on Discord, and noticed that before I clicked the react button to enter that it said 0 and when i clicked it it said 1. I know that I wasn't the first reaction because I saw other reactions before this occured. I was wondering why this happened and if it's a problem on my side or Discord's.   Having the same issue on multiple servers.

  Same issue - noticed one of my comments in another server had three reactions each with "0" people that reacted that way, but if you clicked into the reactions details you could see each had like 5 people. When I clicked the reactions myself it went to 1, and when I clicked again it removed all the reactions entirely
