Those with 'admin' and 'manage role' perms should be allowed to edit their own role
I completely get Discord is trying to protect and hold the hand of server owners, but it is honestly so dumb and annoying that pople with admin and edit role perms have to ask the owner to change their role name or color. I manage two servers, both of which I'd like to change my role name and color. The owner on one of the servers dedicates his time to working on the project and is rarely around.
If the server owner trusts someone with 'admin', they can be trusted to edit their own role.

I like this and completely agree that it should be a feature.
As a workaround right now, you can have the owner create and place a blank role above admin (no color/no name), but it'll allow you to edit the admin or whichever role beneath it. It's still more work than it should be though.

is there really a need though? If you do enable this then it just means that the admin can change the color of their role. If you want to give admins the ability to change their color then assign a colorless role above admin or make admin a colorless role.
