Mute/unmute all participants of a vocal chatroom at once

School oriented.

My classes consist in oral participation. The idea is that a teacher will listen one person after the other as we all do the exercise at once. Which means we need to mute everyone, do the exercise, unmute everyone when we're finished and listen to the teacher's feedback.

Our vocal chatrooms can have as many as 15 participants at once.

It would help and save a lot of time if we were able to mute/unmute all users on a vocal channel at once.

    Turn the 'Speak' permission for @everyone off.

    It doesn't work. We all need to speak at the same time hence all have our mikes on, but we need to hear nobody, and mute everyone else manually but the teacher.

    I sent an email to the support staff to see if there was already a way we could do that, they suggested I created a post here.

    I teach music classes on Discord and I have the exact same issue. I'd love to have this feature.
