Added an emojis size button.

Hello, following the new update on Discord Canary that concerns emojis and gifs, I was thinking of a kind of button that adjusts the size of the emojis despite changing the size of the display of the emojis and gifs category.

I was thinking of some things that might look like in the promises of the app in the appearance category. It's just a design idea, but I think the concept could be useful.

  This is a nice idea :D

  also having smaller emotes would let you see more of them without having to scroll all the time
