Screensharing On Mobile Looks Zoomed In

This just started happening with the latest update with the mobile call overlay (since it was still working properly a few hours ago). Basically if the other person is screensharing with me while I'm on mobile (portrait orientation), the video looks very zoomed in. I figured out that it's zoomed in a way that it should look IF i had my phone rotated to landscape mode. In short, the video is only properly viewable if my phone is landscape mode. This wasn't the case at all before the recent update; If I was in portrait mode the video would zoom out to fit the screen properly. Additionally, now there is a rectangle that persists over the screenshare which covers the top left part of the video which is obnoxious and unnecessary big, especially if I am not transmitting a video myself. Maybe you guys can change it so it's smaller and less intrusive, especially if only the only person is transmitting? Thanks.

    I'm having a similar problem with this, it would be nice if the screen share could fit portrait view on phones.

    Discord PLEASE fix this video calling problem. When our mobile phone is set in portrait, the video seems really zoomed in as if the middle portion of a landscape video is cut out to fit the portrait display. It didnt use to be like this as the video would be zoomed out enough that the whole landscape video could fit right in the middle.Another problem is that the video is also slightly too zoomed in landscape mode so the outer parts of the video are cut out. It would be nice if the box that shows our own video was movable (like in whatsapp) so that we can move ot when it covers something we want to see. Please fix this, I love discord so much and I use it everyday but it really annoys me. Thanks.

    I am also facing the same issue on my android even with the lastest update. It's been 3 months and I still face this issue. Just wanted to see some acknowledgement of this issue by the devs and hopefully it gets fixed soon...
