Worried about being falsely flagged

Basically myself and some other people got in a really big disagreement that turned to an argument. There wasn’t any form of directed harassment or targeted hate (although some of the issue of the argument were rather serious) but not I’m afraid of my account being falsely flagged by these people, and the last thing I want is to lose my account because I doubt I could accurately recover all of my friends and servers.

Is there any way i can prevent this from happening?
