New Discord android layout makes accessibility harder than before.

On android, the new discord update makes it harder to access many simple things that were easy to access before, in discord dms, i have to literally swipe, and press the 3 dots and press pinned messages just to view pinned messages, or to view search. why cant we just have all of those on the top of the screen without needing to go through any menus? Also whenever someone is mentioned, or whenever an emote is pressed, it forces your keyboard to go up. Also, i have accidentally pressed the emote icon way too many times, it should not be where the send button is, it should be a separate button that stays in one place

    I feel like the developers of the current update does not actually use Discord, or only use it for one specific server or chat and that's it. I don't think they have an understanding of the average user or the ecosystem in which they live.

    Usability is currently nil.

    I can relate about the emote icon and send icon but backwards
    Sending a message prematurely instead of searching an emoji way too many times, forcing me to edit half of my messages

    Inserting emojis in landscape is impossible, the bit that has the enojis to select is so short you can't see them, let alone interact with it to scroll them.

    Hmm, I wonder if I can use apkmirror to downgrade the app?
