APP Manifest accidentally deleted

PLEASE FIX YOUR APP MANIFEST...

I installed the online app for my Windows on Arm device, ChromeOS device and ubuntu devices where I need chrome to share access to the microphone and webcam.

Now the online app won't install and on devices where it was installed... there is a huge ugly url bar
