Ability to use keybinds only when in-game
I've been using discord for a while now and one of the features I absolutely love is the ability to create your own keybinds. I play Rainbow Six: Siege competitively and have in-game push to talk button set to "T." I also have a keybind that will "push to mute" me every time I hit "T," that way my callouts aren't echoed in the discord voice channel, since they can hear me just fine in-game.
However, anytime I'm not playing Rainbow Six, or any other video game, but have discord running... the keybinds are still active. So if I'm messaging friends or typing something in google, every time I hit the "T" key my speakers play the "push to mute" sound. My current workaround for this is to simply turn off notification settings for "PTT Activate" and "PTT Deactivate," but I still like hearing it in-game so I know that it's working.
Therefore, I think discord users should have the ability to enable/disable their keybinds for only when they're in a game or to be able to enable/disable each individual keybind depending on whether they're in-game or not.
Thank you.

Enabling key binds only when application X is also running
would work for Voip bindings with Escape from Tarkov example below is only enable when Tarkov is running
Tarkov Binding
Mouse4 in tarkov to voip in gameDiscord Binding
Mouse4 in discord mutes me in discord, so my squad only hears me in came
