CPU&RAM usage

CPU usage spikes when simply hovering&moving mouse over clickables like server icons and DMs (not just messages)

Often changes of window from active and back also causes increased CPU usage as well as increase in RAM usage, to a certain degree

I would guess, that some of my servers may cause high RAM usage and CPU when updating them, would be nice to have a way to completely stop updates of a server and unload all the messages from it - to have it "in bookmarks", if i am not using it for now

    If you disable the GPU Hardware Acceleration option, your problem will likely be resolved.

    With Hardware Acceleration off CPU usage is more stable, but still uses single core almost fully when hovering over server icons / DMs (hovering over buttons in settings doesnt increase CPU usage this much)

    Its not causing discomfort as you would have to be looking at discord window, not game anyway, its just weird that it uses single full cpu core

    Same here bruv. Only have a 4GB RAM stick, and this causes my system to go slower.
